About the roles

 The Tourist Parks Unit is seeking:

  • 1 x Permanent part- time (14 hours)
  • Days of work Tuesday & Wednesday
  • Location Nowra

 The Mechanical and Fleet Service unit is seeking:

  • 1x Fixed Term, part- time (14 hours) 18-month contract
  • Days of work Thursday & Friday
  • Location: Bomaderry Works Depot.


The focus of this position is to consult with the City Services Group stakeholders, administer and implement WHS improvements across the group by:

  • Promotion of a positive safety culture
  • Ongoing review of safety documentation
  • Facilitate meetings, inspections and workshops
  • Simplifying WHS processes

Skills & Experience

In order to be successful in the position, you will be/ possess:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Work Health & Safety or Risk Management
  • Previous experience in a Work Health & Safety or Risk Management role
  • The ability to identify, assess and implement controls for hazardous manual tasks
  • An understanding of the Local Government environment
  • Class C Driver’s Licence
