Senior Administration Officer

About the role

This is a permanent, full time position, that works 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm and is based at the Nowra Aquatic Park.


Reporting directly to the Manager – Shoalhaven Swim Sport Fitness, the focus of this position is to:

  • Provide high level, administrative support to the Manager Swim Sport Fitness and Swim Sport Fitness Department
  • Undertake projects and research on behalf of the Manager Swim Sport Fitness
  • Coordinate the Departments administrative and financial processes to facilitate compliance with standard procedures, assist workflow and provide a high standard of customer service to all clients and customers in a timely manner

Skills & Experience

 In order to be successful in the position, you will be/ possess:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience. 
  • Extensive experience in the provision of administrative and financial support and services to a large department or equivalent
  • Current Class C Driver’s Licence
  • Proof of right to work in Australia

This position requires a current NSW Working with Children Check. Applicants are required to apply and pay for this check if not already obtained.
