About the role

This role will provide excellent customer service and maintain constant surveillance of customers and public in any of Shoalhaven Swim, Sport and Fitness facilities, acting immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of customers in the event of an emergency. When necessary you will provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.

Please note, work locations will include Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre, Bomaderry Aquatic Centre & Nowra Aquatic Park.

The spread of 38 hours will be across a Monday to Sunday roster.


Reporting directly to the Indoor Sports Centre Coordinator, the focus of this position is to:

  • To provide a friendly and efficient service to all customers
  • To pro-actively provide information to promote the Centre to the public at all times
  • To respond positively to customer enquiries
  • To provide a reception/cafe service as and when required

Skills & Experience

In order to be successful in the position, you will be/ possess:

  • Current accredited First Aid Award
  • Current Working with Children check
