About the role

This is a full time, permanent position Monday to Friday (35 hours per week) 9.00am to 5.00pm.


Duties
In consultation with Holiday Haven and council stakeholders, administer and implement WHS, Compliance and Safety improvements across the Holiday Haven Business Unit, by:

  • Promoting and implementing a positive safety culture
  • Reviewing and implementing safety documentation
  • Facilitating meetings, inspections, and workshops
  • Simplifying WHS processes
  • Auditing of contractor safety
  • Organising and Conducting safety training

Manage holiday van compliance and inspections in relation to WHS regulations, local government and caravanning and camping regulations.

Conduct inspections of Holiday Parks on a regular basis to ensure safety and compliance with relevant legislation.


Skills & Experience

In order to be successful in the position, you will be/ possess:

  • Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or Risk Management
  • Previous experience in a Work Health and Safety or Risk Management role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of WHS processes and current practices
  • Current WorkSafe Construction Induction card
  • Class C Driver’s Licence
  • Proof of Australian residency or citizenship
