Maintenance Officer (North & South)
- Salary: $66,494 - $74,738 p.a. plus 11.5% Super
- 9 day fortnight
- Work across our stunning Holiday Haven sites
About the roleWe currently have two permanent full time position's available working 38 hours per week, 7:00am - 4:00pm across a 9 day fortnight. These positions are based at our Bombaderry & Ulladulla Works Depots however you will have the opportunity to work across our stunning Holiday Haven sites within the Shoalhaven area.
This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of construction and maintenance activities for Holiday Haven Tourist Parks.
Duties
Reporting directly to the Works & Projects Officer, the focus of this position is to:
- Carry out internal and external fit outs and repairs of tourist park buildings
- Quoting and ordering materials to complete works
- Coordinating and monitoring other contractors
- Manual handling tasks such digging, tree removal, pruning, concreting
- Operation and maintenance of plant items, power/hand tools, machines and vehicles
- Ensure that works are compliant with relevant legislation and Council policies to minimize risk
Skills & Experience
To be successful in the position, you will be/ possess:
- Current Trade Certificate or relevant demonstrated experience
- Class C Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated experience in construction/maintenance
